Roughly 64% of changes involve a “Conflicting classifications” label, which appears when a second submitter disagrees, so many of these changes reflect aggregation rather than reinterpretation.

Most changed gene: RBM20, with 49 changes between definitive classes across 2,425 tracked variants, 48 of them VUS upgrades. Rates shown for genes with 200 or more tracked variants.
